How to make perfect Mango juice?

Ingredients needed:

  •  Ripe mango 1 and a half cup
  •  Raw mango half-cup
  •  water 4 cups

Making procedure:

To make these drinks you have to use both ripe and raw mangoes. The number of ripe mangoes has to be more than the raw one.

If you don’t have the raw mangoes available you may use half raw mangoes instead.

Step 1: Take two ripe mangoes and one raw mango. Peel the mangoes and chop them. Transfer them to a pot.

Step 2: Now add 1 cup of water to it and boil for a few minutes with mild heating.

Step 3: After boiling for a few minutes, put out the pot from the stove and let it cool for several minutes.

Syrup Making Process:

Now it’s time to make the syrup in another pot.

Step 1: take 3 cups of water and 1\2 cups of sugar and mix them.

(You can adjust the sugar on your own. If the mangoes are sweet enough you may use less sugar)

Step 2: Take the pot to the stove and use mild heating to mix the sugar and water perfectly. Be careful about heating. Don’t make the syrup too much denser.

Step 3: pull out the pot from the stove just after the sugar and water mix together completely.

Now cool the syrup for a few moments.

Now it’s time to make your perfect juice.

Juice-making process:

Step 1: Blend the boiled mango properly.

Step 2: Now mix the syrup and the blended mango perfectly with stirring.

Step 3: Filtrate out the mixture using a fresh filter.

Now your drinks are ready.

You may preserve it in the refrigerator for more than three days using an airtight bottle.

Note:

If the juice seems to be thicker then you may use some water.

For the perfect color make sure that the mangoes are fresh enough and bright in color.
